In the early days of the coronavirus pandemic, a lot of Americans started panicking about prospective shutdowns and consequently started hoarding household supplies. Cases of water and rolls of toilet paper were sold out across much of the country. But, other people decided not to worry and handled the situation a little more appropriately.
